Shipping and returns

Shipping

Our products are shipped from our supplier outside the EU. It takes 1–4 business days to process your order before the package is dispatched.

Delivery time: 5–11 business days for the package to arrive.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Orders placed over the weekend are typically processed on Monday or Tuesday.
If you have a specific deadline for your order, we recommend placing it well in advance. Delays may occur due to holidays or other external factors.

Warranty

Each WarmBox comes with a 1-year free warranty covering the base unit and battery for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by water, impact, drops, or other causes not related to manufacturing faults.

It also does not cover accessories such as lids, food containers, insulated bags, or chargers.

The warranty is void if a charger, battery, or food container not purchased from WarmBox has been used.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


  • In the same condition as you received it – unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product does not match the description or is damaged, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping costs, provided a photo of the shipping receipt is submitted.
For standard returns, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the "Contact" section on our website.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a fee of 299 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

Receiving Goods

We are not responsible for receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for being present or ensuring someone is present at the time of delivery.
If multiple delivery attempts fail and the package is sent to a service point, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick it up in time or arrange for someone else to do so.
You are responsible for regularly checking your tracking number to see if you've missed a delivery.
If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to WarmBox. Of course, there is an option to have the package re-sent at the buyer’s expense.

Orders are shipped from one of our international warehouses and may incur VAT and an import fee, which the customer is responsible for.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
